| Biography: |
|
Al's experience and knowledge resulted in impressive legal victories. For example, in 1991 Al obtained the largest reported settlement of a personal injury case in New Jersey , $9,700,000. He has addressed associations of lawyers regarding handling construction and worksite injury cases and legal ethics. Al published several publications on how to handle job-related accident cases.
Al is steadfast in representing the working man and woman and all who suffer severe injuries. "I care about working people," says Al. "My goal is to obtain the best results possible for victims of catastrophic or severe injuries."
Over the years, Al has developed a reputation for being the person that people on the job go to when they have a major injury. He has gotten multimillion dollar results for an iron worker electrocuted in a crane accident, iron workers injured while installing steel decking, a worker whose back was broken when a hoist unexpectedly dropped eight floors, a worker injured when the wheel of a high reach went into a hole causing the machine to overturn, a worker injured when the rim of a piece of construction equipment exploded, a worker struck by a piece of falling plywood and for others seriously injured. |
