Product Liability

There are many cases of unsafe, defective products that have injured consumers. When a consumer is injured by such a product, the manufacturer, designer, distributor, wholesaler, and/or retailer may be held legally liable. Manufacturers are responsible for providing safe products to consumers and for also providing instructions, including warning labels, for the safe use of such products. Manufacturers have a legal responsibility for making sure that unsafe and defective products are not made available to consumers.

The lawyers at McEldrew & Fullam have successfully litigated numerous product liability cases against a wide variety of companies whose products caused damage as result of negligence, product defect, and/or breach of warranty. Their efforts have resulted in substantial awards or settlements for their clients.
